Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs, recovery progress, and therapeutic goals within a home care or clinical setting.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods such as exercise regimens, hands-on therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Guide and support patients in the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring they have the tools they need for their daily activities and overall independence.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and families regarding therapy protocols, recovery strategies, and assistive technologies.
• Stay current in the field of physical therapy by participating in professional development opportunities including workshops, seminars, and networking events.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from children to adults facing a variety of health challenges and diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist, you will interact with patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and more. Your expertise will play a vital role in their rehabilitation process, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills as required for documentation and communication.
• An adaptable and flexible professional approach to patient care and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or home care setting is preferred, though we welcome applications from new graduates eager to contribute their knowledge and enthusiasm.

Compensation and Benefits
