Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in San Jose. This role serves as a vital bridge between our customers, sales team, and operations, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries; professionally resolve questions, provide order updates, and address customer feedback.

• Order & Account Coordination: Manage new customer onboarding by processing credit applications, maintaining accurate account profiles, and handling COD account reconciliations.

• Data & Administration: Oversee operational documentation by auditing ready-mix order tickets, verifying time logs, executing high-accuracy data entry, and providing dedicated administrative support to the sales team.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with dispatch, sales, and logistics management to streamline daily operations, track fulfillment, and resolve any operational discrepancies.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Proven background in administrative support, customer service, or inside sales coordination. Experience within the ready-mix concrete, construction materials, transportation, or logistics industries is highly preferred.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong dedication to customer care.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with enterprise databases and fast, accurate data entry capabilities.

• Operational Agility: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage a high volume of daily workflows, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
