Pay: $2,436.48 weekly


Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7am - 7pm, including 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks


Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Med Surg RN for a travel contract position in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves working within an acute care setting, providing comprehensive nursing care across general medical and surgical units. Applicants with at least 1.5 years of relevant Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience are encouraged to apply, especially those with proficiency in MedSurg in large hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Facilitate inter-professional communication
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) effectively
• Manage IV pumps, wound vacs, and feeding devices
• Oversee heparin and insulin drip administration
• Perform general medical surgical nursing duties

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Minimum of 1.5 years experience in Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary care
• At least 1 year of experience in MedSurg at a large facility (600+ beds)
• Valid IN state or compact RN license
• BLS certification through AHA
