Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will center around delivering compassionate and professional mental health counseling services. Typical tasks include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid and fully unrestricted license to practice independently as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
\n
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses are permitted.

• Demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Adeptness in using digital tools and platforms for counseling purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed counselors are encouraged to apply, additional experience in teletherapy and familiarity with solution-based treatment approaches will be advantageous in this role. Previous work in diverse therapeutic settings will add value to the proficiency required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
