Job Summary

Seeking a passionate detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager for a portfolio of commercial clients providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Manage the complete client lifecycle including onboarding policy renewals coverage reviews and claims support.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting account servicing and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Review and analyze client accounts to identify gaps ensure coverage accuracy and recommend additional products or services as needed.
• Address and resolve client concerns proactively while anticipating future needs to mitigate risks.
• Stay current with industry changes regulatory updates and market trends to provide professional advice.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and reports for clients and senior management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within Commercial Insurance or Risk Management (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial lines products coverage options and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Education and Certification:
