Compensation and Benefits\n

Ucare Mental and Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is provided as a warm welcome to our newest team member. We also ensure no fees or membership charges for therapists, making it easier for you to focus on providing care.
