CRNA position available at The Center for Specialized Surgery Center in beautiful Ft. Myers, FL! The Center for Specialized Surgery is a convenient and state of the art outpatient surgical center designed with a focus on quality orthopedic surgical care for our patients. The 9,102-square-foot surgery center features three operating rooms, step-down recovery, recovery, nurse station, consultation room, reception, staff lounge and administrative offices. Our group's annual anesthesia volume is nearly 20,000 cases, and we work together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Case Assignments & Schedule Schedule: Monday - Friday either 8s or 10s. No nights, weekends or holidays! Predominately Ortho, Ortho Spine and Pain Management.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
