Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Bright Life Center, you will be integral to our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services to couples and individuals, addressing a myriad of concerns such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, family conflicts, and issues arising from divorce or separation.

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client histories and tailor treatment plans effectively to their unique needs.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and family counseling to foster healing and understanding among family members.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients dealing with co-occurring mental and physical health issues.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Staying current with best practices in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Bright Life Center primarily serves adults as well as children and adolescents, focusing on diverse populations facing various challenges. Our clients include those experiencing:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Proven commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly in dealing with family dynamics and relationship issues. We value both newly licensed professionals as well as seasoned therapists looking to enhance their practice within a supportive environment. Flexibility in availability, with a minimum of 30 hours a week, is preferred.
