Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments by utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools to understand each patient’s unique experiences and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individual clients, taking into account their cultural backgrounds, personal histories, and specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns while fostering resilience and promoting individual well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, using your training and skills to implement immediate support and stabilization strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and how to access community resources effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the importance of cultural competency in therapy.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
