Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement the team-based care delivery model involving RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Float as necessary between various floors and units to meet hospital staffing needs.
• Manage titratable drips and provide complex wound care.
• Collaborate with virtual nurses for administrative tasks.
• Handle telemetry monitoring and provide end-of-life patient care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior telemetry experience in a large, urban hospital.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• No first-time travelers; experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center preferred.
• Willingness to float within the scope of nursing practice as required by the facility.
• Pending Nebraska RN State License accepted; must ensure license is secured before start date.
