Commercial Contracts Attorney

Overview Firm Advice is conducting a search for an innovative, self-starter commercial contracts attorney who is licensed in the UK (Barrister / Solicitor) to assist a highly regarded AmLaw 50 law firm on a remote, temporary / interim basis. This individual will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a unique, collegial firm in a flexible work environment. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services. Manage the contracting process from start to finish. Required skills and experience Must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister licensed to practice in England and Wales. 5+ years’ legal experience drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts, including managing the contracting process from start to finish.
