Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to accurately understand clients’ presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Develop, implement, and continually refine personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
• Monitor and document client progress diligently to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to ensure the treatment process is dynamic and responsive to their evolving needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and strictly adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards applicable to your practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in the field of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all facing diverse challenges requiring empathetic and informed intervention. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional clinical skills, including assessment capabilities, treatment plan development, and intervention implementation.
