Our unique fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, offering financial stability while promoting quality client care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a manageable caseload, establishing rapport and professional relationships with each client while adhering to ethical standards.
- Conduct regular sessions, monitoring progress, discussing ongoing treatment plans, and making informed decisions regarding discharge when applicable.
- Develop, implement, and periodically assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and intake assessments, using relevant electronic systems.
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and reflect on clinical practices.
- Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve personal and team performance.

Through individual and family sessions, you will address emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, empowering clients to achieve their health goals.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
- Unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
- Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
- Proficient in using computers and technology for client management—including spreadsheet software, RMS systems, and scheduling tools.
- Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Comfort with conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
- Skills in utilizing telehealth technology and adapting therapeutic practices for a remote setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures you are compensated prior to collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
