Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including assessment and therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring access to necessary resources and linked services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate more comprehensive assessments for clients.

• Participate in collaborative team meetings to discuss treatment plans, share relevant information, and enhance overall patient care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and adjustment of treatment as required based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage in crisis intervention, responding swiftly and effectively to client needs in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and submit required reports in a timely manner, complying with organizational guidelines.

• Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
