Protg Agent Program Future Agency Owner
Have you ever dreamed of owning your own business but didn't know where to start?
The Sonnier Insurance Agency is seeking ambitious, sales-driven professionals to join our Farmers Insurance Protg Programa unique opportunity designed to develop future agency owners in less than a year.
As a Protg Agent, you'll receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, networking, leadership, and agency operations while earning a competitive income. You'll work alongside a top-performing agency, build your book of business, and gain the skills needed to successfully launch and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Life Insurance
Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, community involvement, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct coverage reviews, prepare quotes, present insurance options, and close Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance policies.
- Establish relationships with clients, Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Business Owners, and referral partners to create long-term growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet agency expectations for quotes, appointments, sales production, and prospecting activities.
- Participate in hands-on training focused on sales, marketing, customer service, agency management, and business development.
- Develop the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to successfully transition into owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
