Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing consultation for pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client wellness.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC License from the state board, demonstrating your qualification to practice in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
