We're seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to assist in leading the promotion of our newly developed programs and services for a medical model adult day health program.

In this role, you will:

• Lead go-to market efforts for newly developed programs and services.
• Be a team member in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and community partners.
• Represent our organization at networking events and in the community.
• Keep detailed records of outreach and progress using CRM tools.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident presenting and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Brings proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Understands how to build and maintain strong professional networks.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
