Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address concerns, and prepare for any necessary transitions, including discharge planning.

• Develop, monitor, and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' unique goals and needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, dedicating time each week to provide direct care.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in New York.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Strong computer proficiency to effectively utilize various tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to a variety of clients.

• Ability to perform thorough intake assessments comfortably.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth practices, group therapy, or specialized knowledge in certain therapeutic modalities (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or trauma-informed care) are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
