Work Environment

As an onsite role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapy assistants, physicians, and case managers, to devise personalized treatment plans. Working Monday through Friday, you will engage with diverse patient populations in one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring you have the time and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized physical therapy plans aimed at preventing disability and enhancing physical function according to each patient's specific needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic techniques to assess the client's muscle, joint, and functional abilities to establish a baseline for treatment.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of therapy interventions, while providing mentorship and support.
• Evaluate home environments to identify safety concerns and recommend adjustments that promote patient independence during rehabilitation.
• Utilize manual therapeutic techniques such as traction and massage, in addition to instructing clients in exercises and activities that bolster their recovery.
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate records including OASIS assessments, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Take part in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and comprehensive care strategies.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on rehabilitation protocols and assisting them in understanding the tools needed for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
