Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care through effective communication and coordination.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and family members regarding treatment processes and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes while complying with all legal and regulatory standards.

• Supervise and mentor physical therapy aides and support staff to maximize departmental efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Aspirus, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including pediatric to geriatric patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions. You will employ evidence-based practices to tackle the unique challenges presented by each patient, always striving to exceed their expectations for care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
