Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities by examining their medical history, functional limitations, and goals to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and patient education to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs and promote optimal recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for your patients, recognizing when to refer for additional medical or therapeutic intervention.
• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, training sessions, and clinical discussions to stay updated on advancements in physical therapy.
• Promote adherence to safety regulations and adhere to state and federal practice acts governing physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus
