Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying specific challenges and needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools for recovery.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or specialists, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders such as depression, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with this population, providing culturally responsive care that considers each individual's background and values.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications related to telehealth service delivery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• A demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
