Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper / Office Manager in West Palm Beach, FL .


In office position!

Required:
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Mac/Apple experience
Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
* Process wires and ACH payments
* Invoice short- and long-term building tenants
* Invoice long-term tenant for owner's personal rental condo
* Track and pay quarterly fees related to owner's personal rental condo
* Oversee banking and credit card accounts
* Track mortgage payments and transfer funds as needed
* Assist external bookkeeper with tracking, documenting, coding, and reconciling expenses
* Oversee showroom consignment accounts, including sales tracking, monthly reporting, and payment processing
* File monthly sales tax reports for multiple states
* Manage client invoicing, payments / PO's
* Process and record purchase orders for client purchases and sync with QuickBooks

Annual Filings & Renewals
* Process annual insurance renewals and coordinate required inspections
* Conduct annual insurance audits
* Process annual business license filings

Required:
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Mac/Apple experience
