We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join our corporate office team to handle accounts payable functions for our supermarkets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the daily Accounts Payable & Receivable functions which include verifying invoices, checking prices and reconciling to the vendor's statements. Follow AP systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Collaborate with senior management to ensure monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information. Communicate with vendors via telephone and/or email to resolve billing issues. Work with stores and vendors to resolve issues related to invoices. Compile reports and prepare spreadsheets as required by management. Work on special projects as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Accounts Payable & Receivable experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excel experience preferred
