About the Job Join Our Team as a Holiday Inn Portland Airport Hotel Manager! Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a talent for leadership and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our team at Holiday Inn Portland Airport, where comfort meets outstanding service. At our hotel, we take pride in creating a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest. As our Hotel Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving success through guest satisfaction and revenue growth. What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, sales, finances, Restaurant and bar, and all event centers.
- The hotel is 284 units with 20k sqft of convention center and banquet space. Hotel has a lot of potential need the right leader
- Build and support a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere by upholding excellent guest relations and customer service.
- Implement smart revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
- Conduct night audits and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist international guests with multilingual communication skills (a plus!)
- Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- A hospitality professional with proven experience in hotel management.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.
- Knowledge of human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction.
- Budgeting and financial management expertise.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus!
