Job Description As a Security Officer Incident Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role you will support daily operations with professionalism while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and a caring, people‑first culture built on teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM Sunday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, while documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or property concerns. Monitor entry points, observe activity across the property, and communicate with building personnel, tenants, and first responders regarding security‑related matters as needed. Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of site conditions, and following Allied Universal post orders and client‑directed procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience. CPR certification is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Subject to background investigation and drug screen in accordance with law. Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. License requirements may be required based on state/local laws. Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
