Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus. Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation. Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers for fresh ingredients. Collaborating with the team to create innovative dishes for our clients. This is a hands‑on role where your creativity and leadership will shine as you contribute to our reputation for excellence. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment. A strong understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation.
