Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will carry out a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our patients’ mental health journeys, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Timely completion of required documentation while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to evaluate mental health conditions as determined by the clinical team.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.
