The Opportunity This is a cross-functional role at the center of how EECO supports pricing accuracy, vendor relationships, and overall profitability. As a Special Pricing & Rebate Coordinator, you will manage and execute Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs) and vendor rebate programs that directly impact the company’s financial performance. You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and alignment. You’ll also be part of a team-oriented environment where collaboration is essential. Success in this role requires a willingness to support others, step in where needed, and work together to solve problems and meet shared goals. Beyond execution, this role is about ownership and improvement. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t stop at learning the process, but asks: “Now that I understand it… how can I make it better?” What You’ll Do Manage the setup, tracking, and maintenance of Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs) Process and reconcile vendor rebates and ship & debit programs Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to resolve pricing discrepancies and support deal execution Collaborate with vendors to ensure rebate accuracy and timely payment Work closely with Accounting (AP) to ensure proper posting and financial alignment Analyze data and run reports to identify gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities Support costing and contract teams with updates and corrections Contribute to a team-first environment, supporting peers and adapting to shifting priorities Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve processes What Makes This Role Important Direct impact on profitability and margin performance Regular interaction with Sales teams, leadership, and vendor partners Key role in ensuring pricing integrity and financial accuracy Opportunity to contribute to how EECO incorporates automation and AI into everyday operations What We’re Looking For Mindset & Approach: A problem solver who takes ownership and looks beyond the task to the bigger picture Someone who learns a process—and then looks for ways to improve, simplify, or automate it Comfortable trying new approaches and thinking outside the box Willingness to explore tools like Power Automate, Excel automation, or AI tools to drive efficiency Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates and share responsibility Curious, resourceful, and not afraid to “figure it out” Core Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Ability to navigate conflict and resolve discrepancies professionally High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability Clear communicator who can work across teams Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis preferred) Comfort learning new systems and tools quickly Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or AI tools is a plus (not required, but highly valued) Why EECO?
