Operations Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented New Account Operations Associate to support the onboarding of new clients and financial professionals. This role is responsible for assisting with the new account opening process, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn operational processes within a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure all new account openings are completed accurately and in compliance with established guidelines.Process and support new account opening activities, including account setup, documentation review, and account maintenance requests.Provide high-touch customer service through phone, email, and collaboration platforms by responding to inquiries, questions, and information requests.Research and resolve operational issues, escalating complex cases as needed while following established procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to support account onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience.Communicate updates on products, services, and operational processes to assist branch personnel and clients.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and meeting service-level expectations.Required SkillsOperationsComplianceOperations AnalysisCustomer ServiceClient ServicesRisk AnalysisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.Ability to learn new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements quickly.Experience LevelThis position is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in financial services operations, client support, compliance, or account onboarding.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
