CRISP & GREEN is seeking a talented Kitchen Team Member to add to our team!

Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work alongside our Kitchen Managers in preparing our top-of-the-line ingredients from locally sourced veggies to organic proteins and produce. Your job is to give the guests the flavors they are looking for fresh, tasty and healthy food. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events
• Complete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed
• Practice FIFO
• Maintaining a clean environment prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk-in coolers, walls, storage areas
• Make food Items following standardized recipes and procedures
• Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager on any shortages

Job Requirements:

• Minimum
  • 1-year back of house experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Passion for living a healthy life
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

• Preferred
  • Experience in fast-casual or from scratch kitchen
  • Strong knife skills
  • Drive to consistently improve and take on more
