Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess individual cases and psychosocial needs of clients, developing tailored therapy plans that adapt to their progress and changing situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and families, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
