You’ll work across a variety of industries, gaining hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and client service while building strong professional relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering accurate work, and wants to continue developing their career in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and process daily financial transactions Assist with payroll processing, payroll tax requirements, and related compliance obligations Prepare and review financial reports and supporting documentation Support clients with bookkeeping, accounting software, and day‑to‑day financial inquiries Monitor deadlines and manage multiple client engagements to ensure timely completion of work Coordinate client information, maintain digital records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as required Stay current with accounting standards, bookkeeping technologies, and industry best practices About You 2+ years of experience within a bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounting support position Experience within an accounting or professional services environment (preferred) Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with clients The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong sense of accountability Proficiency with accounting systems, including QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Experience with Restaurant365 would be highly regarded Values teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
