This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window./ph3Position Overview/h3pAs an Administrative Assistant at Hashknife Solar, you will coordinate office services such as purchasing, payroll, records control, and other administrative activities. Successful candidates will be self-starters who can interpret operating policies and exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCoordinate and implement office services such as payroll, purchasing, records control, projects and budget accounting operations/liliAssist with invoice distribution, purchase orders and coding/liliAnalyze unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, personnel requirements, creating new systems or revising established procedures/liliInterpret and communicate operating policies/liliCoordinate collection and preparation of financial and operations reports/liliParticipate in interview of job applicants and conduct orientations of new employees as needed/liliLocate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information/liliAssemble and categorize facts and figures for written computation and calculations/liliAssist with special events planning/liliOperate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software/liliUse various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports/liliOther duties as assigned/liliProvide administrative support at other project sites/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliEducation high school degree or equivalent/lili2 + years of administrative assistant experience or relevant work experience/liliProficient in MS Office/liliExcellent communication, networking, computer skills/liliAbility to maintain positive working relationships and to work as part of a team/liliAble to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime as needed/liliEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future./li/ulh3Preferred Requirements/h3ulliOracle or SAP experience preferred but not required./liliExperience in using computer and computer programs daily./li/ulh3Base Pay/h3p$19.00 - $37.08 USD Hourly Bonus: 10%/ppThe base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
