Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator (Food)(CA/YM)

A food company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including the creation and processing of quotations, contacts, and invoices. An AA degree, Shipping/Logistics/Transportation Coordination experience, Inventory Control and Warehouse Operation experience, Forklift certification or experience (plus), experience with Import and Export Documentation and Compliance, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required. This is a full-time position, exempt, in person, with a bonus, excellent benefits, and 401k. Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator Duties: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including the creation and processing of quotations, contracts, and invoices Manage and update customer information and sales progress Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including delivery scheduling and general support Help with delivery, logistics, and transportation coordination Delivering machines and providing operation training upon delivery Manage order processing, coordinate shipping arrangements, and inventory control Compile and prepare sales reports and data for internal meetings Perform other administrative duties to assist the sales team Preparing sales activity reports for the manager Attending exhibitions to support sales team as necessity Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator Skills: Must have an AA degree Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese Must have Shipping / Logistics / Transportation Coordination experience in related industries Experience in inventory control, order processing, or sales administration experience preferred Experience with Import and Export Documentation and Compliance Forklift certification or experience is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Will need to occasionally carry 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions
