Event Sales Manager

- $50,000+ salary (commensurate with experience)

- Respond to event inquiries timely and build professional proposals
- Conduct venue tours
- Prospect local businesses and community organizations
- Rebook past clients
- Upsell event enhancements
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Represent Star Lanes Polaris at events such as RendeZOO, Fourth Friday, Oktoberfest, and other community activations
- Guide clients through the planning process
- Process deposits, payments, and final guest counts
- Coordinate event details with kitchen and operations teams
- Greet clients during tours and events
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Help create memorable experiences from inquiry through event execution
- Primarily Monday–Saturday with a weekday off provided
- Occasional evenings and early mornings required
- Networking and community events expected
- Event sales experience highly preferred
- Hospitality, entertainment, hotel, venue, restaurant, or tourism experience preferred
- Tripleseat experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
