Qualifications

Here's What You Will Need High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) One year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment (REQUIRED) One year of experience in a healthcare environment (STRONGLY PREFERRED) EPIC Certification upon hire (PREFERRED) What You Will Do Answer customer calls/contacts to meet service level goals Provide quality customer service through effective communications skills and use of department software systems for call/contact processing (includes appointment setting) Continuously builds on knowledge base of THR hospital services, programs and marketing activities and strives to provide added value to each customer contact
