Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on specific issues such as trauma or grief.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) software.
\n
• Regularly engage in peer consultation and collaborative team meetings to refine therapeutic techniques and develop new strategies for client engagement.
\n
• Uphold ethical practice standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing all services both in-person and through teletherapy.

• Proactively work with clients to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for their therapy journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will serve a diverse population that includes individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our clients often present with a wide range of challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions. A key responsibility is to provide culturally competent care that addresses the unique needs and customs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license recognized by the state of Illinois.
\n
• Strong bilingual communication skills, with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English.
\n
• A minimum of two years' experience working in a mental health setting with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Ability to interact respectfully and sensitively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, ideally including CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• A demonstrated area of specialization (e.g., trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, perinatal mental health) is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience as an in-network provider for insurance panels.
\n
• Exposure to both in-person and telehealth session formats.
\n
• Experience with outcome measures and treatment planning tools.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
