Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Bliss Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based, solution-focused interventions, ensuring alignment with each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques, to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Documenting clinical interactions in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with HIPAA regulations, thereby ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care for each client.

• Participating in regular peer reviews and case consultations to share insights and improve care quality effectively.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and access community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals from different cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and facilitating recovery in clients who may be experiencing acute mental health crises, as well as those in ongoing treatment for chronic conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specifically providing psychotherapy services.
