Associate Recruiting CoordinatorThe Associate Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of entry-level hiring of associates, including the summer program and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools and developing strategies and budgets. This role supports both of our Bay Area offices, which are located in San Francisco and Redwood City, and will require working from both offices. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence, requiring in-office presence the majority of the time.Responsibilities & QualificationsOther key responsibilities include:Supporting all phases of recruiting efforts, including coordinating candidate interviews and correspondence, performing GPA calculations, and maintaining candidate recordsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and other recruitment professionals, serving as the firm's liaison while assisting in executing and representing the firm at recruiting and external functionsPlanning and executing logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offer lettersDeveloping and monitoring budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting efforts, and collaborating with team members and committees to identify and implement new marketing and promotional strategiesProviding administrative support to the Recruiting Committee, assisting in managing long-term hiring goals, preparing recruitment statistics and reports, and developing presentations for internal and external audiencesProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe'd love to hear from you if you:Display well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively at all organizational levels and work well in a team with a customer-service focusDemonstrate the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion, strong analytical skills with minimal supervision, and attention to detail for quality assurancePossess the organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview platformsAnd have:A bachelor's degree or equivalentA minimum of two (2) years' experience in legal recruitment or professional servicesBenefits & Additional InformationSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
