Inside Sales Representative - Enterprise Accounts
$28.25 - $56.55 per hourAbbott
Abbott's Rapid Diagnostic Division seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage enterprise customer accounts and drive revenue growth for occupational health screening solutions. The role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships across multi-location organizations, and collaborating with internal teams to support complex account programs. Candidates should have 2+ years of inside sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to exceed established goals for eScreen WP Solutions
- Build and grow relationships with assigned enterprise customers across multi-site organizations
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts and Client Success teams on complex enterprise programs
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through consultative sales approach
- Analyze sales figures and reports to develop action plans and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- 2+ years inside sales, account management, or consultative sales experience
- Hands-on Salesforce or similar CRM experience for lead and pipeline management
- Demonstrated track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong client relationship management skills for existing account growth
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and pipeline management skills
Compensation: $28.25–$56.55/hour
