Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children to ascertain their developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, delivering guidance that enhances their understanding of their child's development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate a nurturing environment conducive to learning and emotional development.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and leverage the Natural Learning Environment Practices to support family goals.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods, fostering a collaborative approach to child development.
\n
• Be vigilant about maintaining health and safety standards for both staff and individuals being served in our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on children ranging from infants to toddlers who experience developmental challenges. The goal is to support their growth in critical areas such as physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with families, you will guide them through the early intervention process, ensuring each child's distinct needs are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a valid driver's license.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
