Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Physical Therapy (IN PT) license required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in educational settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt treatment strategies for diverse student needs across PreK-12
• Dedication to compliance, documentation, and best practice standards

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ physical abilities, needs, and challenges as part of the IEP process
• Design and deliver individualized and group physical therapy interventions
• Document progress and participate in collaborative meetings with school teams
• Educate staff and caregivers on best practices to integrate mobility, motor, and functional skill-building in school routines
• Travel between sites as needed to serve the school community
• Maintain up-to-date records and follow all policies and ethical guidelines
