Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual client goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote mental wellness and community support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, participating in case reviews and enhancing care strategies based on collective insights.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions within the mental health field to stay current with advancements in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling settings, with a strong preference for those with background in community health.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing meaningful relationships with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on your experience and caseload availability. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
