Director of Sales Development

As a remote opportunity, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Development will own the pipeline engine, lead the development of high-performing SDR teams, and drive strategic account-based motions to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Own the pipeline engine by translating revenue targets into SDR capacity, quotas, and investment decisions Build and coach a high-performing team of SDRs and Senior SDRs to achieve pipeline and conversion goals Lead strategic ABX initiatives to optimize account engagement and penetration across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments Required qualifications Experience leading a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR organization Proven track record in building account-based prospecting motions for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts Strong capability in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management Hands-on coaching experience with structured talent development programs Fluency in modern GTM systems and AI orchestration for GTM workflows
