Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, enabling our counselors to provide flexible and accessible mental health services via telehealth platforms. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured yet flexible workplace for our professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy tailored to the unique challenges associated with aging, including grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on enhancing emotional resilience, promoting coping strategies, and improving overall quality of life.

• Deliver education and resources to staff and families about mental health issues facing seniors, enhancing community awareness and support systems.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for clients and their families, guiding them through difficult end-of-life issues with sensitivity and compassion.

Our target client population comprises seniors facing various emotional issues related to aging, such as grief from loss, the stress of life transitions, and challenges associated with declining health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a recognized mental health setting.

• Eligibility for licensure as an LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong listening abilities, providing empathy while guiding clients through their challenges.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in managing caseloads and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
