Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via digital platforms to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, participating in regular documentation and team meetings.

• Provide ongoing case management by connecting clients with community resources and programs as necessary, facilitating a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Ensure ethical and timely documentation of client sessions, adhering to department guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. The outpatient setting allows you to work closely with clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing personalized service and culturally sensitive treatment. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related fields; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Ability and willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours a week, with potential for more, based on client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth practices is highly preferred, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management and documentation. Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT, will be greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
