As a remote telehealth facility, our practice adapts to the evolving landscape of mental health care, making it possible for you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your own professional environment. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs to ensure that we are available when our clients need us most. This role allows you to integrate your work-life balance while contributing to a collaborative digital workspace through advanced telecommunication tools.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient's unique needs and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based upon evidence-informed practices, adjusting interventions to optimize patient engagement and outcomes.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, reinforcing coping strategies and resilience.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops aimed at empowering clients through knowledge and skills development surrounding mental health awareness.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches and continuity of care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to those experiencing acute mental health challenges, providing immediate support and guidance during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to encourage proactive engagement in their recovery journey.

• Document all patient interactions and care plans in compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, professional development sessions, and team meetings to enhance service delivery and personal growth.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, treatment strategies, and best practices in mental health therapy, ensuring the continual improvement of therapies offered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices.

• Demonstrable competency in conducting mental health assessments and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Experience and proficiency in providing therapy to a diverse demographic, both individually and in a group setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
