Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Monitor the AP inbox, save a copy of the invoice, and upload it into the system
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform a 3-way match
- Assist with processing customer invoices
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will support the Accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects
Must-Have Skills/Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Some accounts payable experience
- Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- The Accounts Payable Specialist must have strong attention to detail
Salary is $42,000-66,000
