Job SummaryPortfolio Payroll are currently working with a Manufacturer based in Warrington who are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join them on a Permanent basis.Key Duties/Tasks:To provide comprehensive advice to customers and directors in relation to payroll queriesSupport the processing and running of the end to end weekly payrollSupport the busy payroll department high volume starters and leaversEnsuring current payroll legislation knowledge is up to date and in line with HMRC, with procedures updated accordingly.Strong ExcelThe role: Payroll Advisor to process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sitesSet up and pay new startersProcess leavers and applicable termination paymentsCalculate Redundancy paymentsCalculate and pay SMP, SPP, SSP and sick payDeal with payroll queriesBenefitsThis is a business with excellent benefits including:Hybrid working33 days basic annual leave entitlement (includes public holidays) employees will accrue an additional day holiday for every two complete years in service to a maximum of 10 years.Purchase or sell a maximum of 5 days per holiday year.Private healthcareFlexible working hoursFlexi-scheme with standard core working hoursCycle to workEyecare vouchersReward and recognition scheme51620JTR2INDPAYNThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.Jessica Townsend | Business Manager
